Tsarskoe Selo Carnival has its own traditions and rituals: Ceremonial arrival of the Carnival train with guests and actors, a Carnival Parade, and the "cutting of the neckties" of the city officials. Ceremony of the Carnival Program includes plenty of various contests, competitions, attractions and concerts.
