Participants in the only classic dance festival in Russia are the best ballet dancers from the most prominent ballet companies of the world, such as the Hamburg Ballet by John Neumaier, the Bavarian Ballet, and the Frankfurt Ballet led by the famous ballet-master William Forsythe. The leading soloists of the New York City Ballet and the London Royal Ballet made their debuts at this festival last year. Festival slogan: the Theatre of Open Doors.
