Russian Federal Service for the Preservation of Cultural Values ^[1].

• Makes list of items, falling within the category of cultural values determined by the present Law in force, in a lawful order;

• Allows export and temporary export of items of fine art;

• Provides expert evaluation of items declared in order to be exported or temporarily exported, or items returned after temporary export;

• Issues certificates, authorizing export and temporary export(duty invoices);

• Charges export and temporary export fees(duty fees);

• Register items of fine art which have been imported or temporary imported.
