Cultural values^[16]

Movable items of material world that are located on the territory of Russian Federation, namely:

• Cultural values created by individual persons or groups of persons that are citizens of Russian Federation;
• Cultural values of great importance to Russian Federation created on the territory of Russian Federation by foreign citizens and persons without a citizenship residing on the territory of Russian Federation;
• Cultural values acquired in archaeological, ethnological and natural scientific expeditions with an agreement of the responsible authorities of the country that the values stem from;
• Cultural values acquired as a result of voluntary exchanges;

Cultural values acquired as a gift or legally acquired with an agreement of responsible authorities of the country that these values stem from.
