Airports

St. Petersburg's airports: Pulkovo-1, Pulkovo-2, and Rzhevka are slightly outside the city. Pulkovo-2 is for international flights only, while Pulkovo-1 serves destinations within the CIS. Transit passengers on domestic and international flights organised by Pulkovo Airline and changing planes at Pulkovo-1 and Pulkovo-2 are offered the following services free of charge:

  • transfer from one airport to another (with baggage) for connecting flights;
  • room in the Pulkovo Hotel (with baggage) for flights scheduled between 23.00 and 9.00.

Transfer counters are located in the foreign passengers’ zone (entrance No. 4) in Pulkovo-1, and in the arrivals hall in Pulkovo-2. In addition to the above, it is also possible to travel to St. Petersburg by sea, river, or by bus.
