Dorinda Holding investment group, Luxembourg, is going to invest $150 mln in establishing a hipermarkets net in St. Petersburg under “O'Kay” commercial description. This was announced by Igor Makarov, the “O'Kay” net director executive in St. Petersburg.

It is planned to build 5-6 hipermarkets during five years. The first two of them will open in January and December 2002.
