Moscow bank “Russian Standard” opened its branch office in St. Petersburg. The bank's main stockholder is “Rust Incorporated” company. A consulting company “McKinsey&Co” participated in working out a business plan, strategy and structure of the bank. Vice-president of “Russian Standard” bank Alexey Zagovorsky was appointed director of the St. Petersburg's office. Its main direction of work is consumer crediting directed at natural persons whose monthly income doesn't exceed $300-500.
