Andrew Corporation, USA, have concluded a contract for selling shares in Russian communication companies to MENATEP group.

The main shares are those of St. Petersburg closed joint stock telecommunication companies Metrocom (45 %) and Rascom (49 %).

According to the president of Andrew, Floyd English, the corporation is proud of having been engaged in investing and developing of modern and competitive Russian communication market at an early stage. “We are glad to have MENATEP possessing finance resources and convictions for further net development”, – he added.
