MTS has turned to helicopter-pilots To accelerate the process of subscribers connection to the mobile network, a Moscow company MTS, which has recently appeared on St. Petersburg market, has turned to helicopter-pilots of Spark Plus firm. They mounted a container with transmission equipment on the roof of the St. Petersburg Electrical Engineering Institute's hospice.
