The President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia is going to visit Saint Petersburg on December 25-28. According to the Leningrad Region governor, Valery Serdyukov, the President will take part in opening the first line of the Primorsk oil port (Baltic Pipeline System). He is going to visit the Ust-Luga trade seaport as well.
