JSC Vozrozhdeniye (“Revival”) is chosen the general contractor for building the park of the St. Petersburg's 300-year anniversary. The value of works is to be 1 billion roubles.

The park was laid in 1995 with participation of Vladimir Putin (St. Petersburg's Vice-Mayor at that time). Development of engineering services will enable to lure private investors, who will invest money into sport and amusing facilities.
