A special extra charge is implemented in the St. Petersburg Port for the winter period. It is caused by bad weather conditions and ice situation. This extra charge reflects increase in port operation costs and seasonal charges for calls. From January 1, 2002, the extra charge will be 40 Euro/TEU.
