The International Tourist Exhibition INTOURFEST was held in St. Petersburg on February 1.

The exhibition was organized by the exhibition association St. Petersburg Express with assistance of the Committee of Tourism and Resorts Development of the St. Petersburg Administration, the Russian Association of Tourist Industry Entrepreneurs, the Association of Tourist and Excursion Enterprises Employees. 58 tourist firms and resort companies from Russia and a number of foreign countries participated in the event. Along with traditional tours in Europe, the exhibition represented tourist routes to exotic countries, to the coast of the Black Sea, to recreation centres in Leningradskaya Oblast, as well as ocean and sea cruises. As a part of the exhibition a round table “Questions of Active and Adventure Tourism” was held.
