Prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov signed today a decree approving the rules of special regulation of construction activities on the territories of federal objects in Saint-Petersburg. The department of governmental information explained Friday that this was done “for observing the strict order in providing the necessary activities in the field of restoring, usage and reconstruction of the historical and cultural objects and of building of flood-protecting complex planned for Saint-Petersburg 300 year anniversary.
