Sergey Skorikov and Ivan Kurdyumov, former top-managers from Rostov-na-Donu and Tula respectively began their work at new place this week.
Sergey Skorikov and Ivan Kurdyumov, former top-managers from Rostov-na-Donu and Tula respectively began their work at new place this week. This is the first rotation of top-managers of such a high level in the company’s history, though Baltika permanently conducts the policy of staff exchange. The objective is further improving of professional level of the staff which is made possible by experience extending and obtaining a unified concept of the company’s work and management style. Also such exchange will allow the managers to see the whole picture of how the company works. At the moment, there are more than 8,000 employees in the company, 1520 of them work in Tula and 1345 work in Rostov-na-Donu.
