The deputy of the Petersburg parliament Natalia Evdokimova has developed a bill " About a living wage in Saint Petersburg ".

According to the project the size of a living wage in city on Neva is offered to be determined quarterly on the basis of basket of goods and charges on obligatory payments and dues for the following social - demographic groups of the population: able-bodied population; able-bodied men in the age from 16 to 59 years; able-bodied women in the age from 16 to 54 years; children in the age to 15 years; children in the age from 0 to 6 years; children in the age from 7 to 15 years; pensioners. On the basis of quantity of living wages for the specified social - demographic groups the quantity of a living wage per capita in Saint Petersburg will be determined. The bill obliges administration of city to determine the quantity of a living wage quarterly.
