According to the instruction of the Chairman of the emergency commission at the Saint Petersburg Government joint-stock company "Lenenergo" has strengthened security measures with the purpose of maintenance of power objects’ functioning, and also safety of the population and workers of the powersystem, prevention of man-caused emergency.

Militarized guard of the "Lenenergo" is transferred to the intensive variant of serving, the pass order is toughened. Rescue formations are ready to liquidation of possible emergencies. Interaction and communication with regional Organs of Domestic Affairs, territorial divisions of fire-prevention service, departments of FSB and divisions of protection of the next enterprises are organized.
