As the "Comlink" press-service has informed, the cards "Student's Internet" are developed specially for students and will be distributed exclusively in educational institutions of Saint Petersburg. The card offers standard services - Internet access and e-mail registration, and also free-of-charge night hours of Internet access. Provider has already concluded a number of treaties with leading educational institutions. Among them are the St. Petersburg State University, the St. Petersburg state university of telecommunications named after Bonch-Bruevich, the St.-Petersburg State University of water communications and others. During 2003 it is planned to conclude treaties with the majority of Saint Petersburg high schools and also technical schools and colleges.
