USSR President Mikhail Gorbachev arrived today at about 9 a.m. with a one-day official visit. According to a regional department of the Gorbachev Fund, his trip program includes participation in the meeting of the coordination committee of the Russian-German forum “Petersburg's Dialogue”, laying wreathes in Piskarevskoye cemetery, as well as recording the TV program “Evenings in the Polytechnic University”.
