Buying the hotel IHI has completely adjusted debts to Austrian creditors. Besides IHI undertook the obligation to develop two attached buildings (Nevsky Prospect, 55 and 59) with further integration into a single five-star hotel complex with extra de luxe suits, conference centre, health centre and Spa, as well as a trade gallery.
According to IHI President Alfred Pisani, this purchase is an important stage in the history of the company, the aim of which is investing and purchasing of high-class hotels in Europe and Mediterranean countries.
