The largest in St. Petersburg trade and entertaining complex to be built by Sennaya Square

This is the largest project of trade and entertainment complex in the city. The preparation works are carried out in historical basements: the trade centre “Sennaya” is constructed on the place of the old Gorstkin Market. Here the project’s authors decided to locate two-level underground parking intended for 600 cars.

The developer of the project is Piter Commercial Centre. “Sennaya” is to open in summer 2003. $30m are required to realise the project, $18m being invested by Piter, the rest money will be taken as credits. Assignments for infrastructure development come to $810 thousand.

The project will preserve historical buildings of the former Gorstkin Market with their reconstruction. All other attached houses are subject to pulling down. The design of “Sennaya” complex was developed by Torgproject.
