The hotel will be quite modest – just three stars. The project is realised in two stages. The first stage will open 200 rooms, the second 300 rooms more. The new hotel will be located at the site of the former Pulkovo cargo terminal. First of all, the complex is intended for passengers and crew members, who travel en route. Construction of a hotel is the second stage of the reconstruction of Pulkovo-2 International Airport. Primary estimations show that this newbuilding will be worth $2m. Construction will be stated as soon as negotiations of attracting outside credits are over.
