The prize was established by the public fund “The Best Managers of the New Epoch” in 1999. The prize is awarded annually to the best managers of companies and subjects of the Russian Federation for their contribution into development of theoretical and practical management.
Among the laureates of the Peter the Great Prize there are Vladimir Putin, Egor Stroev, Viktor Geraschenko, Sergey Shoigu and a lot of other high officials.
