The festival is the largest Russian-Italian project in Russia. The central event of the project is a football match between Petersburg ‘Zenit’ and Italian ‘Milan’ to be held on May 27, at Kirov Stadium.
The festival events also include the carnival procession to go along Nevsky Prospect, the pizza festival in the Shuvalovsky Palace, the parade of Italian performances, the seminar of restorers in the Russian Museum, the exhibition “Russian Artists about Italy” in the Marble Palace, the defile of high fashion and the retrospective show of Italian films in the House of Cinema. The main business event of the festival will be the exhibition “The Best from Italy” in Manezh. It will present advanced Italian technologies, construction materials, furniture, clothes, food products. Besides, days of Italian regions will be held in St. Petersburg.
