The Latin-American Dance European Championship among professionals will take place in the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg on April 6 and 7.

Russian dancing pairs, Viktor Nikovsky and Larisa Davydova, Sergei Ryupin and Elena Khvorova, Yegor Vyshegorodtsev and Elena Samodanova are considered the favourites. Vlad Pavlov and Svetlana Polyanova, although this is their debut at the championship of Europe, already came up winners in this year's prestigious “Rising Sun” competition in England. Russian dancers will be opposed by their colleagues from Germany and Great Britain.
