90% works of these 4 thousand programmers are western orders. The total volume of western orders in Russia counts about $240m a year. The major part of the orders are placed in St. Petersburg. To compare: India, which started development of programming 10 years earlier than Russian, is leading in this field and has annual orders worth $6 billion. Also Ireland and Israel programmers have large volumes of orders.
