Gatchina, Leningrad Oblast To mark the anniversary the administration of the Oblast has instituted the award For Contribution to Development of the Leningrad Oblast. The award can be granted to residents of the Oblast as well as to foreign citizens in recognition of their contribution in development of economy, culture and education of the region.
