Yesterday, May 15, the fountains of Petergof started functioning. But the traditional festival will be held only on May 26.
In August next year Petergof will be 280. Its palaces and parks are memorials of great importance, world-known as ‘the capital of fountains’ (there are 3 cascades and 144 fountains in Petergof in total). The museum has a rich collection of Russian and West-European fine and applied art of the 18th-beginning of 20th centuries. Photo: Interpress
