St. Petersburg have celebrated the 330th anniversary since Peter I birth. The celebration started with a midday shot from the gun and starting of the restored chiming clock of the Peter-and-Paul fortress.
Besides, flowers were laid to the tomb of the city’s founder and a memorial board was opened on the Gosudarev Bastion, marking the place from where St. Petersburg was started.
