St.-Petersburg regional branch "Gorbachev - fund" at support of the staff of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in Northwest federal region have organized and carry out it.

In the framework of the action during all time of its realization the exhibition of photographic materials "The Drug - the murderer" will be organized. Views on a problem during meetings with inhabitants will be given by heads and representatives of Management on struggle against illegal circulation of drugs, committees on public health services and education of city Administration, high scools and medical institutions, the public organizations engaged in problems of a narcotism.
