Purpose of the starting September, 30 program - rendering of psychological support to people, ready to stop smoking. Rules of the action are simple: on last Monday of each month from 15.00 till 15.05 p.m it is necessary to smoke the last cigarette in your life. At a corner of the Italian street and the Malaja Sadovaja street the symbolic “Place number 1 for smoking last cigarette” will be opened. There each smoker can part from a cigarette in the company of other people. Any person, wishing to help the "smoking" friends, can open the "place for smoking the last cigarette" at his work or home. According to the main coordinator of the action Nikolay Adashchik, the main object of the action-creation of system of the "social partnership" in the framework of which smokers can receive the psychological help from the non-smoking friends and relatives.
