At the Moscow theatre "New opera" on Friday public celebrating of anniversary of city on Neva is held. During celebrations it is supposed to award the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with order "Creator of St. Petersburg".

According to organizer of the holiday Eugeny Lukoshkov, "it is not known, whether the head of the state will visit the action, however to hand over to Vladimir Putin order, in eve of his 50-years anniversary and 300-years anniversary of Saint Petersburg, is planned in any case, even if a little bit later". “The order "Creator of St. Petersburg" is a sign of national gratitude, and we shall make everything for receiving it by the President", - Lukoshkov has emphasized.

The order "Creator of St. Petersburg" was founded two years ago. There are two its variants: silver and gold. Gold is handed over to oustanding cultural workers, and silver - to patrons of art. The tutorial council has made the decision to award the President of Russia with a silver award. Among winners of the award: Cyril Lavrov, Andrey Petrov, Tatyana Doronina, Sergey Jursky, George Zhzhenov, and also the businessmen assisting to art.

Eugeny Lukoshkov has noted, that on Friday in the theatre “New opera” 400 persons from Saint Petersburg will arrive to the holiday. On the celebrations masters of arts (Sergey Rogozhin, Edita Pjeha, Alexander Gorodnitsky, Eugeny Kolobov) will perform. Also to the public celebrating of anniversary of Northern capital Eugeny Primakov, Muslim Magomaev, Armen Jigarhanjan, representatives of administration of the President (20-30 persons) will arrive.
