Upon his arrival in St. Petersburg Albert will lay a wreath on the Monument of Leningrad defenders at the Victory square, reported the city committee of Public Relations.

Next day he schedules to visit Peter and Paul’s Fortress and Hermitage, then he’ll meet with the acting governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov in Smolnyi Cathedral. Afterwards he will visit Pavlovsk and Pushkin and will participate in the inauguration ceremony of a new honorary consul of Monaco Princedom in St. Petersburg.

On Friday the prince will look in Peterhof and will trip to Isaac Cathedral. The visit will come to the end on Saturday, in 2 July.It will be his second visit to the North capital. For the first time he came in St. Petersburg in 2001.
