A second five-star Kempinski hotel is set to open in the city by the end of 2004. The hotel will be located in a renovated 19th-century historical building on the Moika embankment near the Hermitage.
The hotel will have close to 200 rooms, some opening to a panoramic view of Palace Square and the Church on the Spilled Blood.
