hermitage The Second World Congress of Russians Abroad will be held in the second largest city in Russia on October 24-25, the Foreign Ministry said Saturday.

President Vladimir Putin said on June 27 that supporting and protecting the rights of Russians abroad remains one of the priorities for Russia's foreign policy.
