The jazz festival is opening in D. Shostakovich Philharmonic's Major Hall. It will last until April 22. Musicians from Russia, Latvia, Norway, Israel and the U.S. will take part in it. Guitarist Paul Bollenback (New York), sax players Ravi Coltrane and Igor Butman, bassist Eric Reeves and pianist Andrei Kondakov will be among them.
