Festival “Captains-2003” starts in St. Petersburg October 12. Its organizers' aim is to introduce those who represent our city's culture in Russian and abroad, to the citizens. The festival will last 3 months, events will be held each Saturday, and it will be finished in late December 2001. First several events will take place in Red Club, Front, Fish Fabrique, Poligon. The festival's special guests are local band Scary B.O.O.M. and Finnish band String Bears, writers Ilya Stogov and Pavel Krusanov.
