Drawings, grisailles and paintings of great Italian Neoclassicism sculrturor Antonio Canova are displayed at the exhibition "Unknown Canova" in the Hermitage. 102 works arrived to St. Petersburg from Italy. The Hermitage having the largest in the world collection of Canova's marble sculptures, unfortunately doesn't dispose of his drawings and paintings.
