American painter Aviva Baal-Teshuva to have personal exhibition in Marble Palace The Marble Palace of the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg to host a personal exhibition of Aviva Baal-Teshuva, an American painter, on November 28. The exposition holds 122 canvases by the painter. Baal-Teshuva has had a number of exhibitions in the best galleries of New York and Paris. Besides, her paintings are in private collections in Israel, Canada, England, Germany and Switzerland. As Michael Gibson, an art-critic from the International Herald Tribune points out, “Nowadays, when positive emotion is out of respect, the artist is still interested in her inner source of her own feelings, emotions, the source that procures warmth for her paintings”. Her art is not a figurative thing, it’s abstract. Her art is like a night dream. The exhibition will last till December, 15.
