The State Hermitage Museum. The exhibition includes more than 60 pastels dated by the 18th and 19th centuries from the Hermitage collection. Works of Italian, French, German and Swedish artists, who worked in the pastel technique, are represented at the exhibition. Among them are Rosalba Carriera (1675 - 1757), Maurice Quentin de La Tour (1704 - 1788), Gustav Lundberg (1695 - 1786), Edouard Manet (1832 - 1883), Max Liebermann (1847 - 1935), Edgar Degas (1834 - 1917), Pierre Auguste Renoir (1841 - 1919), Pablo Picasso (1881 - 1973).
