On October 22-28, 2001 the 7th annual International "St. Petersburg Open" ATP Tennis Tournament will be held in St. Petersburg. For the seventh time the world-famous players will meet on the courts of the Sports Complex Peterburgsky.

For the period of its existence the Tournament has gained the status of one of the major and most important sports events, which brings prestige and credit to St. Petersburg.
