XIII International Children's Musical Festival To Be Conducted in March 2002. It is organized by the Composers Union is called “Towards Tercentenary of St. Petersburg”. The festival traditionally holds two competitions: “I am a composer” and “Brother and Sister” (competition of piano ensembles). St. Petersburg's Legislative Assembly allots 100.000 rubles on prizes for winners.
