For the seventh year a parade of victors will take place in St. Petersburg - a gathering of young prizewinners of the world's most prestigious musical corn petitions. The festival also gives young musicians the opportunity to demon strate their skills while accompanied by the orchestras of the St. Petersburg Ac ademic Shostakovich Philharmonia and the State Hermitage-"St. Petersburg Kamerata".
