The St. Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire presents a grandiose project in celebration of Russia's national artist, Professor V. Y. OVCHAREK's birthday. Fifty famous violin concertos will be performed by Maestro and his students, musicians well-known both in Russia and abroad.
