This was the way the St. Petersburg Governor Vladimir Yakovlyev decided to act on St. Petersburg citizens demands to take measures for improvement of demographic situation in Northern capital.
About this Vladimir Yakovlyev stated yesterday at the international press-center action “300 days Before the 300-anniversary of Northern Capital”. St. Petersburg Governor as well announced that new flat also gets the 300th St. Petersburg family who on May 27, 2003 will have a new family member born.
