From September, 9 till September, 12 in city on Neva IV international forum "Cinema Ekspo" is held.

Companies "Cinema Ekspo" and "Nevafilm" are organizers of such large action in cultural life of Northern capital. It is a unique forum of representatives of the film-rolling industry of Russia, the countries of the CIS and Baltic. It is also the international exhibition of the film-theatrical equipment.

In the program "Cinema Ekspo - 2002" there are special "prior to premiere" showing and presentations of the new films - blokbasters included in pictures in autumn of the current year, the international technical exhibition of the special equipment for cinemas in which all Russian companies delivering technique for cinemas will take part, and leading foreign firms-producers of the film-theatrical equipment. The first ceremony of handing over of prizes for achievements in the Russian film-rolling business also is held.
