 The program of the Festival includes an "Art-Happening" in the Lyceum garden, the awarding of the "Tsarskoe Selo Prize", literary evenings, children's drawing exhibitions, young poets competitions, and conferences. The grandiose Pushkin ball for children completes the Festival.
