Stained-glass windows and the pictures created by West-European masters of XV-XVII centuries will be presented there.In the exposition there will be about 20 pictures on which stained-glass masters created their works. The pictures of Albrecht Durer, Peter Kuk van Alest and Eost Amman are presented. Besides, visitors of the museum will see 32 stained-glass windows created by masters of Germany, France, Netherlands and Switzerland. The exhibits presented at the exhibition concern a type of "room" stained-glass windows. The collection of room stained-glass windows which the State Hermitage now has, was brought to Russia in Nikolay the First's epoch. Now there are about 300 stained-glass windows in the collection of the museum.
