 The festival of the author’s song “The city over the free Neva” devoted to St. Petersburg’s 300th anniversary started on December 11, 2002 in “Pervomaisky” palace of culture. According to the director of “Pervomaisky” Nina Sentebova, the festival is held in the framework of the “Pervomaiskiye Posidelki” elderly people club and about 20 people will perform at today’s concert.
The festival will also hold concerts on December 25, 2002 and January 18, 2003. Its participant may become everyone who wishes to devote his own songs to the Northern capital jubilee.
