January 4, 2003 - January 10, 2003
 Rally of the Novgorod scouts under the name of “Window to Europe – 2003” will take place on January 3-9 in the village of Pola, the Parfinsky district. According to the Parfinsky district administration, about 150 scouts from six districts of the Novgorod region will part in this regional rally.
The event is organized by the Committee on Work with the Youth, Physical Culture and Sport of the regional administration jointly with the regional scout organization.
Principally, the rally’s program is devoted to St. Petersburg.
The Novgorod youth will devote the first day of the rally to learning the Northern capital’s architecture, their second day they will devote to painting and music of the Peter the Great times, the third day – to the literature of Peter the Great times, the fourth day – to naval reorganizations. Besides, the scouts will celebrate Christmas.
